KUALA LUMPUR (Reuters) – Malaysian Prime Minister Najib Razak, whose poor showing in a general election earlier this month has left him vulnerable, announced a cabinet on Wednesday that was packed with Malay conservatives and strikingly short of representatives from the Chinese minority.
