GUATEMALA CITY (Reuters) – Guatemalan and U.S. law enforcement agents on Tuesday arrested a suspected Guatemalan drug trafficker wanted for ties to Mexico’s Sinaloa Cartel, the gang run by drug lord Joaquin “Shorty” Guzman.
