LONDON (Reuters) – Egypt’s armed forces chief told Saudi Arabia’s King Abdullah on Friday that the situation in Egypt was “stable”, the Saudi state news agency said, as Islamists demonstrated across the country against the military’s overthrow of President Mohamed Mursi.
