Palestinian PM who resigned is asked again to form government

RAMALLAH, West Bank (Reuters) – Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas asked Prime Minister Rami Hamdallah on Tuesday to form a new government just two months after accepting his resignation in a dispute over his powers.
